Engineering Technician I or Engineering Technician II

Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority has a full-time opening in our
Engineering Department. We will be hiring either an Engineering
Technician I or Engineering Technician II. The focus of this position is
to provide technical support to the Authority in the inspection,
construction, and record-keeping of the sanitary sewer system. The
position will report to the Supervising Engineering Technician II. The
position will require little to no supervision of other employees. If

Training & Experience: Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority will consider
any equivalent combination of knowledge, skill, education, and
experience to meet the minimum qualifications. Engineering Technician I:
High School diploma, or completion of a GED Certificate. Classes in
mathematics, including trigonometry and computer-aided drafting (CAD).
Engineering Technician II: High School diploma, or completion of a GED
Certificate. Classes in mathematics, including trigonometry and
computer-aided drafting (CAD). Five (5) years of progressively
responsible experience at a level equivalent to an Engineering
Technician I, or a combination of college-level coursework and training
in Civil Engineering Technology and computer-assisted drafting/design
(CAD). Licenses & Certifications: Must have an Oregon Driver\'s License
(or be able to obtain one at the time of employment) and have a driving
record that meets Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority\'s driving
standards. Selection and Interview Process: Top candidates will be
interviewed. References will be checked, please ensure that the contact

candidates will be required to submit to a driving record check and
criminal background check, and drug test. Post-offer physical test will
