Position Summary: The Oncology Field Medical organization serves as a trusted partner for stakeholders and the healthcare community. The Senior Project Coordinator is home-office based, supporting the Vice President on key field medical initiatives, administrative and project management responsibilities. The individual is a key member of the core leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively coordinate calendar meetings, scheduling administrative day-to-day operations to ensure leadership preparedness and ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Actively participate in weekly core field leadership team meetings
  • Support planning events to support team culture
  • Organize on-site & off-site meetings including logistics and agendas with leadership team
  • Support enterprise or cross-TA field-related projects as needed
  • Suggest improvements to team processes to improve efficiencies
  • Keep rosters and organization charts updated regularly
  • Adhere to T&E policies, book travel, manage expenses, and attend monthly budget meetings
  • Assist HR with recruitment and onboarding all new hires
  • Coordinate Statement of Work and purchase orders

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associates Degree required; college preferred; advanced technical training a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of administrative experience with senior-level executives

Skills Required:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and BMS applications
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Independent work ethic and collaboration skills

Location Requirements:

  • Princeton Pike Home-Office Based
  • Limited Travel (e.g. National Meetings)

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $74,630 - $ 90,400, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
