Description:
In-depth knowledge across several areas, including: Accela application, HealthSpace application, data migration, Local Health District operations, ODH Food, Recreational Health, Sewage, Private Water, Complaints, and Animal Bite operations, CBOSS online payment system, ***'s OGRIP GIS service, ODH CARS system, and the State Innovate Ohio Program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Working knowledge and experience with ODH's HealthSpace system.
oUnderstanding how the data in the HealthSpace system maps to the Accela system.
oCoordinating HealthSpace data exports.
oVerifying data between the HealthSpace system and the Accela system.
Requirements:
-Working knowledge and experience with the ODH Accela system.
oHow the ODH and LHD Environmental Health licensing processes map to Accela Workflows.
oHow to submit, process, and approve applications. How to issue licenses.
oUnderstand the variances in the Workflows between the Food, Pools, Spas, Campgrounds, Resident Camps, Ag Labor Camps, Sewage, and Private Water Programs.
oHow automated validation and triggers are applied to the Workflows.
oResearching and developing new reports using the Accela Ad-hoc Report Builder.
oIntegration and functionality between the ODH Accela system and the ODH CARS invoicing system.
oCoordinating and facilitating CBOSS account setup between CBOSS and Local Health Districts.
oProviding detailed feedback to Local Health Districts about the ODH Accela system functionality.
oHow the OGRIP GIS service is implemented and used by the ODH Accela system.
oUnderstand the ODH Accela system's time accounting and payment processes.
oHow, when, and by what mode communications are provided to the user community.
oPerform system Administrator functions to support all Local Health Districts, including the administration of user accounts, fees, political subdivisions, and other agency-related information.
oCoordinate with the Accela vendor and the State's Innovate Ohio Program to implement recurring data transfers.
oCollaborate with OMIS and the Accela vendor to ensure security compliance.
oReview contract and amendments to ensure compliance.
oCoordinate data verification with Local Health Districts.
oWork with the Accela vendor and the Local Health Districts to prepare for system deployment.
oAssist the Accela vendor with Provisioning activities.

oCoordinate and participate in meetings with ODH Program Managers, Local Health District Commissioners, Local Health District Environmental Health Directors, and Local Health District staff.
oPrepare briefing slides and participate in monthly Governance updates.
oPrepare documentation to support various project-related needs, including: user guides, tracking documents, presentations, metrics, risk/issues, and enhancements.
oWork with the Accela vendor to monitor the Project Plan.
oTrack, review and verify costs for deliverable milestones.
oEnter, review, and maintain defects in the Jira issue tracking tool.
oProvide weekly status updates to ODH management.
oProvide updates to various Local Health District working groups.
oDevelop, update, and maintain the Frequently Asked Questions for the project.
