As a Design Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. We are engaged in developing groundbreaking silicon-to-systems solutions right from technology development and sophisticated memory designs to product development, systems design and validation resulting in best-in-class memory solutions!

In this position, you will collaborate with Microns various design and verification teams all over the world and support the efforts of groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly and Marketing to proactively design products that optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer happiness!

Whats Encouraged Daily:

An HBM Analog designer will need to have significant experience in modern analog intellectual property (IP) support high speed interfaces. The designer will be responsible for the development large blocks of the analog fullchip architecture circuits. Development includes defining requirements, developing specifications, architecting fullchip power-up. They will be responsible for circuit development, simulations across the product envelope, guiding physical layout, supervising cross talk, and driving validation.

How To Qualify:

  • MS in Electrical Engineering with 7+ year of proven experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 5+ years of novel memory development

  • Hands on experience advance process technologies.

  • Proven understanding of industry validation techniques.

What Sets You Apart:

  • 5+ year experience in high-speed interface architecture definition

  • In-depth knowledge of I/O post-Silicon validation methodologies

  • In-depth knowledge of industry standard HSIO DFT architecture

  • 5+ years of experience in memory address and data path architecture/design

  • 5+ years of experience in system timing budgeting

  • Deep understanding Monte Carlo characterization, and ESD design techniques and topologies.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$137,000.00 - $233,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
