- Learn, practice, and promote all safety policies and procedures consistently.
- Familiarize with and adhere to client and company policies for developing site designs for electrical distribution facilities.
- Prepare power system studies and analyses, such as Short Circuit, Voltage, Time-Current Coordination, Equipment Duty, and Load Flow.
- Develop site drawings and construction sketches for electrical installations, ensuring safety and reliability.
- Prepare job packages, including material estimates and requisitions for electrical design projects.
- Evaluate the loading of various equipment components to ensure cost-effective and reliable designs.
- Maintain accurate records and files, and update client systems with precise data entry.
- Prepare CADD drawings and support business goals while maintaining professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Desire to learn and work in the power/electrical industry
- Ability to develop basic skills in electrical design and technical tasks
- Pro-active and motivated attitude with a goal to advance in the Power Engineering field
- Experience or familiarity with CAD and AutoCAD
- Interest in obtaining a PE license with company support
- Must be able to pass a military base background check
