Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee project systems, document control, financial tracking, and reporting processes to ensure operational efficiency Coordinate internal and external meetings, track milestones, and maintain momentum across multiple projects Gather and manage input from design, field, and subcontractor teams to support accurate and timely updates Monitor project financialsforecasts, billings, and cost analysiswhile identifying risks and driving performance Facilitate permit coordination, resolve escalations, and provide analytical insights to support strategic planning Collaborate with technicians and build teams to enhance project delivery and optimize design-build workflowsQualifications:
At least two years of relevant experience or a strong blend of education and practical involvement Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, results-driven environments Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills Working knowledge of invoicing, purchase orders, and project financials Familiarity with engineering and construction documentation, including technical drawings and specifications Highly organized with solid technical proficiency and the ability to adapt to new tools and prioritiesCompensation
$50,400 - $69,300 USD
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
