Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Project Manager. This hybrid role is located at our Waukesha, WI facility.
What you'll do:
The Project Manager responsibilities include all sales support and order management activities for our strategic/hyperscale accounts, and/or large orders that include multiple product lines within Power Systems Division, focusing on the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) markets. This support will include all pre-sales activities, extensive order and project management, facilitation of weekly customer meetings and daily communications with Marketing, Operations and Logistics. The Project Manager will be heavily involved in technical details and will work with internal and external resources to resolve issues and ensure key deadlines are met. The goal of this role is to manage the order process flow, coordinate communication to all parties, and meet critical customer deadlines.
The Project Manager will be responsible to develop and nurture customer relationships to strengthen partnerships and achieve long term sales and relationship objectives. They are also responsible to develop strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders.
In this function you will:
- Manage PSD C&I and Utility projects from proposal origination to final shipment.
- Work with the appropriate parties to handle non-warranty repair requests from original request for quote, acceptance of request, to final order and all cooridnation efforts between the plant, Warranty and the customer.
- Coordinate with all functional departments including Plant Operations, Quality, Marketing, Engineering, Scheduling, Logistics and Warranty, etc. to identify and resolve technical and product related issues and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Prepare necessary spreadsheets and applicable documentation to track project status for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate customer meetings with key stakeholders to outline project status. Apply project management methodologies and strategies to reduce potential project risk throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.
- Build strategic partnerships with assigned customers, Application Engineers, Marketing, Sales Channel Partners and internal Eaton support teams.
- Develop/document new project management processes, standards, and tools for general use and for each hyperscale account as applicable (i.e. Kirk key, reservation management,)
- Responsible for hitting key metrics for assigned accounts including sales forecasts, market growth, and profitability as applicable.
- Work with Scheduling to ensure units are scheduled to meet customer's ROJ dates and plant forecasts.
- Work with Logistics and Marketing to oversee/manage shipping processes (Amazon labeling, Microsoft A2S forms) as dictated by our key customers.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years Customer Service and/or Project Management experience working with large accounts
Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP ERP system and with Microsoft Office solutions
Experience working with a technical product/solution.

No relocation is available. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83.300- $122,100 a year.
