Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
Provide department support for standard operating procedures, processes, file management, and financial reporting.
Manage construction files in accordance with our client's document retention policy.
Coordinate and assist in the reconciliation and closure of financial and administrative documents.
Track vendor proposals, invoices, pay applications, change orders, etc.
Collaborate with internal/external team members to support the collection and administration of various project-related documents.
Prepare, submit, and track requests for primary and supplemental funding of project budgets.
Assist in the bidding process, store walk and warranty process, collection of notices, store construction document storage, new store address verification, etc.
This is an onsite role, requiring 5 days a week at our client's location.
Required Skills for Project Coordinator:
2+ years of related business experience in roles such as General Accountant, Project Admin, Project Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in finance, construction, or related field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc. with expert knowledge of Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and construction terminology.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels.
Ability to function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
