Hours and Compensation
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st Shift
- Salary: $100,000 - $140,000/year (depending on experience)
- Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do
Take full ownership of photolithography operations and collaborate across departments to optimize semiconductor production.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive photolithography process improvements using DOE, SPC, and FMEA tools
- Lead risk management and process qualification for production readiness
- Author and maintain SOPs, training materials, and operator certifications
- Collaborate with integration engineers to develop new processes and boost yield
- Train and mentor engineers and technicians across photolithography processes
- Monitor and troubleshoot fabrication tools, ensuring sustainable solutions
- Evaluate metrology tools and data to guide continuous improvement strategies
- Support cross-functional projects and execute quarterly engineering plans aligned with company goals
What You Bring to the Table
To thrive in this role, candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
- PhD in Engineering or Physical Science with 3+ years of industrial experience
- Master's degree with 7+ years of hands-on experience
- Bachelor's degree with deep, demonstrable expertise in process engineering
Technical Skills Required:
- Expert-level knowledge of photolithography: coating, exposure, development, and baking
- Familiarity with metrology tools like SEM, IVS, and Nanospec
- Strong experience using statistical process control tools (DOE, FMEA, SPC)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for training and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 8+ hour shifts in a cleanroom environment
