Product Design Engineer (Configuration Engineer) - Aerospace

Aerospace Experience is must.
Need very good experience in AutoCAD, CATIA and Enovia PLM along with Product engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Engineering Changes utilizing customer PLM system, including electronic package creation, populating documentation, and approval route creation.
- Populating of revision change history in Engineering Order document.
- Utilize AutoCAD Raster Design in support of Engineering Change packages when legacy drawings/documentation are applicable.
Skillset Requirements:
- Proficient in use of electronic office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, Windows and File Explorer.
- Ability to read, understand, and create technical product drawings, as well as an understanding of how industry standards are applied to documentation.
- AutoCAD Raster Design experience preferred.
- Proficient in CATIA V5 advanced part modelling to aid in future advancement.
- Strong ability to follow procedures, highly organized in workload management, self-directed and motivated, ability to work both in a team atmosphere as well as individually.
- Configuration Identification: Defining and documenting configuration items, including drawings, specifications, and documentation, to ensure clear traceability and consistency.
- Configuration Status Accounting: Tracking and reporting on the status of configuration items, including their versions, revisions, and changes.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining all relevant configuration documentation, including configuration item records, change requests.
- Collaboration: Working with other teams, such as engineering departments, supply chain, and offsite personnel to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the engineering change process.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or related STEM discipline with 5 years of experience working in a design & manufacturing environment.
