Project Coordinator

Our client, a leader in project management, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting various commercial markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Marinette, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist project managers and individually manage multiple projects to ensure all requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
• Submit project deliverables and prepare status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish effective project communication plans to facilitate collaboration.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in the project management process.
• Gather information, assess risk, and make decisions to effectively support or manage projects.

What's Needed?

• Associates degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or HS Diploma with equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years minimum experience in a project-based environment.
• Understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Project Systems and MS Office is preferred.
