Our client, a leader in the distribution industry, is seeking an ENG Industrial Engineer II to join their team. As an ENG Industrial Engineer II, you will be part of the Distribution organization supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 38.00-40.00
What's the Job?
- Identify, quantify, and communicate opportunities for improvement in the Distribution network.
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of improvements across the distribution operations.
- Establish and maintain best practices and engineered labor standards within the Distribution network.
- Provide support and communication between the store support group and Distribution Centers.
- Measure, interpret, and report on the performance of Distribution operations to management teams.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Labor Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build staffing planning models and guide Supply Chain management.
