JOB REQUIREMENTS: Mechanical Engineer. Super Steel, LLC. Mequon,
Wisconsin. Perform Mechanical Engineering duties in planning and
designing custom storage tanks for wastewater treatment, environmental
services, and chemical storage. Support design, estimating, and
production, as well as oversee the installation, operation, maintenance,
and repair of tanks. Design and optimize mechanical components of
storage tanks according to customer requirements. Develop Bills of
Material, material tracking sheet, work instructions and performed force
calculations to estimate costs for engineering and maintain government
regulations with emphasis on safety standards. Read and create technical
engineering drawings in accordance with American National Standards
Institute (ANSI) standards and conduct design review meetings. Evaluate
mechanical design and quality of the product and work with Quality
Control, Manufacturing teams to ensure performance. Research and analyze
customer design blueprints, schematics, proposals, specifications, and
manuals to evaluate the feasibility and modifications. Ensure
conformance of mechanical engineering design with manufacturing
facility. Collaborate with quality and productions groups to ensure
product quality. Conduct finite element analysis and ensure ground
clearance and structure performance for on-road condition and derived
safety measures. Research specification for storing environmental wastes
and chemicals and finalized interior coatings, material of a product and
components used such as gasket, hardware and pipes with respect to
corrosion and chemical reaction. Prepare engineering specification
reports and product manuals for customers. Requires a Bachelor\'s degree
in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field. 1 year in any
mechanical engineering or closely related role. 1 year of experience
with 3D modeling and SolidWorks Simulation (FEA); creating bill of
material, routings, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); and applying
AWS weld standards in engineering projects. Travel to domestic worksite
