Civil/Site Engineering Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil/Site Engineering Project Manager position include: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license (or EIT actively pursuing PE) 5+ years of hands-on experience in private land development (Florida experience preferred) Proficiency with AutoCAD; Civil 3D and HydroCAD experience is a plus Manage and execute all phases of site/civil design, including grading, stormwater, utilities, and permitting Lead land development projects while mentoring junior staff and coordinating design teams Experience with zoning, site layout, and stormwater management for private development projects Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within a multi-office structure Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills required to work with clients and stakeholders Salary: Starting at $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil/Site Engineering Project Manager position include:

5+ years of hands-on experience in private land development (Florida experience preferred)
