A Project Manager ll leads complex, high-visibility projects across multiple departments and stakeholder groups. This role operates with significant autonomy, managing detailed execution plans while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives. Utilizing PMBOK frameworks, PM ll is responsible for schedule development and control, risk identification and mitigation, and stakeholder communication. This position supports cross-functional integration, and is accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. A strong understanding of organizational operations, customer expectations, and technical integration is essential for success.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring scope, cost, and risk objectives are met.

+ Develop and manage detailed project schedules, task plans, resource allocations, and milestone deliverables using enterprise project tracking tools.

+ Facilitate regular internal and external status meetings; deliver timely and transparent progress reports to project stakeholders and executive leadership.

+ Collaborate extensively with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Production Managers, and Field Services to align on objectives, schedules, and resourcing.

+ Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, SPNs, risk logs, and action registers.

+ Lead and participate in the creation, distribution, and approval of Statements of Work (SoWs) and manage associated review cycles and milestone commitments.

+ Actively identify project risks and dependencies; lead development and execution of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

+ Use project management software and systems (EP, SharePoint, Excel) to maintain accurate, real-time progress reporting and data visibility across stakeholders.

+ Analyze the root causes of project delays, customer change requests, and scope creep; formulate proactive, sustainable solutions.

+ Build and maintain a working knowledge of Nomads product configurations and technical specifications to enhance project execution and customer communication.

+ Ensure continuity and alignment across project documentation, technical drawings, and build specifications.

+ Act as the primary customer liaison for all matters related to project delivery, issue escalation, and change resolution.

Basic Knowledge Desired:

+ Strong familiarity with project management software such as MS Project and / or other tracking

+ Knowledge and understanding of project management requirements such as scheduling, financial analysis (direct & indirect labor, overhead, direct materials, expenses, ), resource allocation, and time management.

+ Advanced understanding of project management best practices

Physical Demands:

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and arms to handle, feel, reach, or operate objects, tools, or controls.

+ The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and is occasionally required to sit.

+ The employee must frequently lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Anything heavier than 50 pounds will require two people to lift / carry.

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish individual colors

Working Environment:

+ Fast-paced environment, open-concept office area, interacts regularly with

+ The work environment is a partially environmentally controlled indoor Depending upon the time of year, temperatures can fluctuate between 60F and 100F but is typically around 70F. There are times when working outside will be required.

+ The employee may be subjected to noise levels, ranging from low volume to loud and will be required to wear provided safety hearing devices from time to time, which will be provided.

+ The employee will be exposed to a variety of household/commercial chemicals that will require the employee to follow company rules/regulations outlined by that SDS.

+ All Team Members must wear provided OSHA approved eye protection at all times in manufacturing areas. The employee will be required to wear provided safety eyewear throughout the performance of their duties.

+ This position requires working off company premises due to traveling for clients & other business needs; travel requirement at least 20%.

Qualifications & Experience:

+ BA / BS degree in Business, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field strongly desired.

+ CAPM certification preferred with path to PMP certification planned

+ 5-7 years of direct work in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

+ `An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in the description may be substituted for the above requirements.

+ Valid drivers license in good
