Project Manager – High-End Custom Residential Greater Greenville, SC | Full-Time | $90K–$130K + Bonus + Full Benefits

What You’ll Do: Manage full-scope custom home projects—budgets, schedules, trades, and client relations. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and deliver exceptional homes with top craftsmanship.

What You Bring:

• 3–10 years managing high-end custom homes

• Strong in scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting

• Proficient with Procore and Excel (or similar)

• Skilled in reading plans, surveys, topography, and foundations

• Strong communicator and team collaborator

• Humble, hardworking, organized, and results-driven
