Commercial Construction Project Coordinator/Administrator Duties:

The Project Coordinator/Admin prepares and administers bids, proposals, and commercial construction contacts that follow company policies and legal requirements. This role ensures contracts are administered and monitored to maintain compliance with the terms of agreements and compliance. This role handles completing, compiling, reviewing, and assuring accuracy of contracts. Also collecting new vendor documentation for project set up.

  • Assist the project team throughout the lifecycle of of the project to ensure standards are being met
  • Maintain a good understanding of contractual issues on the project
  • Assist in preparation and execution of monthly reports

Commercial Commercial Construction Project Coordinator/Administrator Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial construction managemet or administration experience
  • Knowledge of construction administration and the principles of purchasing, finance and estimation
