Job Description:
Optimize and control formation processes to enhance battery performance, efficiency, and quality for an automobile batteries manufacturing company. Design and optimize formation protocols, including charge and discharge cycles, voltage profiles, and current density parameters. Develop and refine electrolyte wetting strategies to ensure uniform electrolyte distribution and cell activation. Conduct chemical composition analysis of electrolyte before and after formation to detect degradation byproducts. Implement new electrolyte formulations and additives to enhance cycle life and performance. Collaborate with other engineers to integrate new electrode materials and improve formation efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or other closely related field of study
