You will be a Project Engineer on the Integrated Air & Missile Defense Advanced Programs team, responsible for designing, prototyping, testing, and rapidly fielding solutions for all services. Our team is growing and dynamic, with a focus on innovation and accelerated timelines.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Engineer, you will work directly with Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads and cross-functional team members to plan and organize costs, schedules, procurements, and deliverables. You will facilitate formal and informal reviews with internal stakeholders, government customers, and industry partners, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:
Working with IPT leads and cross-functional teams to plan and organize project elements
Facilitating reviews and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Managing costs, schedules, and deliverables to meet accelerated timelines
Collaborating with team members to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and drive highly technical hardware related projects and lead associated schedule and technical scope
* Bachelors degree in engineering or a related discipline
* U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret level or higher clearance* (Highly Desired) Demonstrated ability as a player & coach in highly dynamic, fast-paced technical environments
* Knowledge of agile practices and their practical application in hardware- and software-based solutions
* Systems engineering or architecture experience
* Hands on rapid prototyping (or equivalent) experience in hardware- or software-based efforts. This includes active or recent personal experiences such as rebuilding cars, flying modified UAVs, or developing software in any part of the stack
* Demonstrated ability to manage costs and manpower needs
