Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and guidance.
- Interpret and review engineering drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
- Assist in troubleshooting product or application issues by collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Communicate technical information clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Support the Program Manager in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD); ability to navigate and open files is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Prior internship or co-op experience in a customer-facing or technical support role.
- Exposure to manufacturing or production environments.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
