What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Design and model FAA- and EASA-compliant aircraft components using SolidWorks/CAD (2D&3D) 

• Reverse engineer legacy parts using state-of-the-art scanning and modeling tools 

• Create detailed technical drawings with exacting standards for dimensions, tolerances, and materials 

• Lead multiple design projects from concept to completion, collaborating across engineering, production, and compliance teams 

• Apply creative problem-solving to tackle real-world aviation challenges 

What You Bring to the Table: 

Required: 

• 3+ Years Aerospace engineering experience with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree

• Advanced SolidWorks/CAD proficiency 

• Strong foundation in engineering principles, manufacturing methods, and material selection 

• Experience preparing FAA PMA proposals and compliance documentation 

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills 

• Possess self-motivation with strong attention to accuracy and detail 

Preferred: 

• 3+ years of PMA proposal experience  

• Familiarity with additional CAD platforms 

• FAA Confidential security clearance
