Project Manager
Location: Columbus, OH
Job Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional cybersecurity teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to meet cybersecurity goals.
Oversee project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management while understanding cybersecurity principles.
Ensure project goals align with security requirements, delivering solutions on time and within budget.
Manage full project lifecycles, including creating Project Charters, Solution Design Documents, and Technical Documentation.
Develop change management strategies, including stakeholder assessments and adoption plans.
Collaborate across departments and levels, serving as a role model for teamwork.
Skills Required:
3+ years of experience in project management and leadership across IT and business functions.
Expertise in project management best practices, including Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and lead diverse project teams.
Proven ability to build relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.
Experience in project cost management and resource capacity planning.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certification (PMP).
Agile certification such as PSM or PSPO.
Familiarity with the Energy Industry is a plus
