Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a distinguished Senior Project Manager to spearhead pivotal projects within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. This esteemed role necessitates a full-time onsite commitment in the New Albany, Ohio area.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end project schedules, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
Engage with stakeholders to drive project progress and manage risks.
Lead the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Manage and approve technical documents, including manufacturing procedures and validation reports.
Represent the project in audits and regulatory interactions.
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Skills Required:
Extensive project management experience, particularly in biotech/pharma manufacturing.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex schedules.
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and risk management.
Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or management; 7+ years of relevant experience (15+ years preferred).
