Your key dutiesAs a key part of the team, your responsibilities will be varied, but likely to include:Provide leadership for project teams driving successful outcomes and ensuring project objectives are deliveredLead the design and technical specifications of mechanical systems, ensuring quality outputManage project resources, client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions.Guide graduates and other junior engineers through their professional developmentCommunicate directly with clients and maintain client relationshipsActively contribute ideas and innovative solutions across various projectsDirect multiple projects across the group, ensuring the successful implementation of engineering solutions while ensuring financial successEnsure practices, policies, strategy, and services represent the client's best interests and comply with current legislation and building codes.Your skills and experience12+ years of extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering design within the building services and construction industryDemonstrated experience in a senior role within MEP for an architectural engineering consultancyBS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree.P.E., professional engineerLEED AP accredited preferredExperience using Revit and computational analysis toolsIdeal sector experience in Aviation/Transportation, Cultural Projects, Labs, Commercial, and Higher EducationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines while ensuring client satisfactionWhat we offerSalary range of $150,000 to $185,000.
