As a vital member of our team, you'll have the chance to work on challenging projects where we'll showcase your expertise with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects. You'll be leading a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules & budgets and help advance our business development strategies. Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Demonstrated progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in the transportation design field
• Demonstrated knowledge of transportation projects
• Strong client facing project manager with skills delivering design projects and can bring a team together
• Skilled in developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the public
• Well-rounded technical design skills encompassing all contributing disciplines

Ideally, Here's What You'll Also Have:

• Experience utilizing Bentley design software such as Open Roads Designer
• Experience in assisting with business development efforts
• Ability to and interest in mentoring junior level staff

Posted Salary Range: Upper

175,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $80,100.00 to $175,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
