Job Description The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the flagging, dispatch, and validation processes within our operations team. This role involves identifying and flagging anomalies or issues in data or service requests, coordinating the timely dispatch of resources or personnel, and validating task completion and compliance against set standards. This position is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, accuracy, and quality assurance. Responsibilities
- Maintain the flagging portal using Smartsheet.
- Collaborate closely with flagging vendors to ensure timely invoicing.
- Assist with field support for flagging portals.
- Validate invoices provided by vendors.
- Handle law enforcement requests.
- Maintain vendor relationships by participating in monthly calls and assisting with their new employee onboarding.
- Review quarterly statements from vendors.
- Assist the internal AP department in navigating invoices.
- Work closely with the Project Management and Field teams to ensure all jobs are accurately created and dispatched through the appropriate platforms.
- Administrative support experience.
- Experience in dispatching and validation processes.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- High levels of discretion and judgment in interpersonal and business matters.
