This role is responsible for leading pricing projects from initiation through completion, partnering cross-functionally to ensure successful execution. They will be responsible for building strategy in implementing multiple pricing projects and will monitor and track performance of each initiative, measuring effectiveness in driving business performance and sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders. This role will build analytics and reporting to inform strategy for the insurance pricing team. Additionally, they are responsible for owning and upkeeping the internal pricing model for Insurance excellence, aimed at improving how we renew and win contracts.
This position is located on site four days per week at the corporate headquarters in Columbus, OH.
What you will do
Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for each project.
Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Provide status updates to stakeholders and facilitate meetings as needed.
Track and
measure each initiative and report on performance. Share insights and make recommendations with leadership.
Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data to inform and execute on pricing strategies.
Owns pricing models for Insurance clients, including building and maintaining pricing models in alignment with business objectives and driving profitability of new and renewed contracts.
Performs other duties as assigned.

What you will need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Project Management certification preferred
4-6 years project management and pricing experience required
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with pricing strategy and revenue management principles
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
