Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

Hourly: $58/hr-$63/hr
Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the second phase of a large-scale Enterprise Contact Center implementation. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage complex, multi-team projects in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise call center deployments and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of an enterprise-wide contact center platform, NICE preferred.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Navigate high-pressure environments with professionalism and adaptability.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and staff to resolve issues and drive project success.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and documentation in accordance with SDLC and project lifecycle standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of formal project leadership experience across various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).
  • 3+ years of experience with specific technologies or disciplines (e.g., telephony, networking, application development).
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level call center implementations, preference NICE.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, PlanView, CA Clarity).
  • Experience producing and managing formal project documentation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT environments, especially small or critical access hospitals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working in healthcare or hospital systems.
