Sr Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer

Location: Remote (Anywhere in USA / Canada)

Summary:

Were seeking a Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to drive the development of advanced circuit solutions for next-generation products across networking infrastructure, mobile, and wearable platforms. In this role, you'll contribute to the design and development of MEMS-based timing ICs as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits based on system-level requirements and specs
  • Help define circuit architecture and contribute to full-chip integration
  • Run pre- and post-layout simulations to validate performance, reliability, and manufacturability (DFT/DFM)
  • Collaborate with Layout Engineers to ensure optimal physical implementation
  • Create technical documentation and lead design reviews
  • Support silicon bring-up, evaluation, and characterization for designed blocks
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Product, Test, and Applications Engineering
  • Adapt to evolving project priorities as business needs dictate


Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years of Industry experience with M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
  • Deep understanding of CMOS analog design and noise behavior
  • Hands-on experience with analog circuit blocks such as:
  • PLLs (Integer-N/Fractional-N)
  • Temperature sensors
  • Sigma-delta ADCs
  • Analog/digital filters
  • Low-noise and high-speed amplifiers, buffers, drivers
  • Sub-threshold and precision reference circuits
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Verilog-A, and Cadence design tools
  • Skilled in guiding critical circuit layout processes


The anticipated annual base salary for this position is between $140,000 to $160,000, which also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
