Electrical Engineer

Pay: Up to $84 per hour | Schedule: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 6+ years of experience
• Product development experience specifically within the electrical DVT phase
• Yield improvement experience
• Data analysis experience in platforms such as Mini Tab, JMP, or Microsoft Excel
• Proven track record of leading and closing projects involving cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work with and guide a team of engineers are crucial for success in this role

Electrical Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Lead active implantable product development projects as part of the R&D Hardware Design team.
• Plan DVT testing with various SMEs.
• Test protocol development.
• Perform bench testing with standard EE lab equipment.
• Coordinate and track test investigations.
• Review and summarize electrical test data.
• Lead failure analysis activities.
