This person will be responsible for supporting and developing a solutions engineering team with the goal of responding to Compliance requirements and proactively strategizing for future needs. The team is dynamic, working on top priority projects, in a forever changing horizon. The impact of this work is substantial, with the potential to affect billions of people who use our products.

**Required Skills:**

Integrity Solutions Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

1. Support a team of solutions engineers who discover, and respond to regulatory requirements

2. Provide technical direction and guidance within the domain to team members

3. Influence and align the organization's vision and strategy, while engaging your team to develop and deliver specific roadmaps and projects

4. Ensure prioritization, resource allocation, and timely delivery of this work within a changing business environment

5. Coach, mentor, support, and care for the teams to enable long-term career development and success at scale

6. Track operational metrics, key performance indicators, and team health to drive team performance

7. Build, cultivate, and maintain productive relationships with internal partners to identify and facilitate solutions to increase the impact of the team's work

**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. BA/BS or Masters degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience

9. 8+ years of work experience, including hands-on technical management, experience leading global security/investigative teams, and proven contribution at both strategic and operational levels

10. 3+ years experience of people management and organizational leadership

11. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, legal, policy, and public affairs

12. Experience working with broad communities and global teams

13. Experience in functional or scripting language (JavaScript, PHP, Python, OCaml, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

14. Experience in crisis management or incident response environments

15. Experience interpreting and applying compliance and regulatory policies

16. Experience querying large data sets and SQL

**Public Compensation:**

$177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
