Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of projects including planning, execution, and delivery
- Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead teams across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions
- Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively
- Support technical proposals with scope, cost, and schedule input
- Ensure projects meet company standards and industry requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in automation or manufacturing
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other Office tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with ERP systems and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience with Visual Basic or VBA is a plus
