TITLE:CSR/SERVICE PROJECT COORDINATOR
ABOUT THE JOB:Apply now! We are seeking a candidate with well-rounded experience in customer service/inside sales and project coordination. If you come from an industrial or construction background with project coordination and customer service experience, please read on.
In this role, you will interface with customers, vendors, and field personnel by taking calls/emails, developing a proposal quote based on the work required and prepare documents/contracts and change orders. You will ensure the successful execution of service projects and work closely with various departments to coordinate schedules, manage resources/materials/equipment, and maintain timely communication with clients about the project through to full completion and customer satisfaction.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Project Coordination and Customer Service within an industrial or construction environment ideally.
Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
Top notch customer service skills, negotiation skills, and possess a high level of ethics, honesty, and integrity.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software related to CRM or construction and industrial environments.
Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
Perform well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
