Process Development Design and implement sophisticated mask cleaning and resist strip processes. Lead structured experiments (DOE) to reduce defects and improve yield. Develop robust process monitoring and troubleshooting methodologies. Document and communicate process changes clearly to multi-functional teams. Provide expert-level troubleshooting for sophisticated process and equipment issues. Participate in 8D, Process Maturity Checks (PMC), and SPC reviews. Support manufacturing teams by responding to production metrics and tool performance data. Analyze equipment data to drive performance improvements and cost reductions. Ensure accurate documentation and escalation protocols for shift teams. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to tackle problems and implement improvements. Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor or photomask wet process development. Strong understanding of wet process mechanisms and defect reduction strategies. Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment and process troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Data analysis proficiency and familiarity with data science tools are required. M.S. or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
