Job Description:

• The Project Coordinator/Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of Engineering Personnel on a day-to-day basis.
• This position involves coordinating construction and renovation, interpreting and follow-up on applicable building codes, and will provide construction project budget reports and estimates.
• Supervises performance of all routine and emergency work requests, as well as preventive maintenance functions.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree
• One year job related experience
• in lieu of degree, additional five years of job related experience
