What you will enjoy doing*

• You will independently manages multiple small to mid-size EPC projects simultaneously
• Supports new plant proposals as required
• In addition you will recognize problems or situation that are new or without clear precedent
• Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic approach, develops improvements and innovations to enhance project performance
• You will also know how to leverage the organization to achieve objectives, strategically positions project for short and long term goals
• Proactively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting and implementation.
• Able to analyze risk and future impact of decisions
• Monitors entire project execution life cycle for compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations
• You will coordinate all work within the scope of assigned projects and ensures that objectives are met and within budget
• Identifies and mitigates risks associated with projects
• Manages and directs contractors during field installation
• Finally you will prepare detailed project plans and controls elements of the plan

What makes you great

• You will have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 15 or more years of experience in engineering or project management
• You will have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Experience in Field Construction Management
• Additionally you will have an understanding of construction contracting and contracts management
• Understanding of construction and commissioning safety
• Experience in engineering, construction, commissioning or start-up of oxygen and nitrogen gas plants is a plus
• Finally if you have a PMP certification that is a plus
