Support the Project Controls Manager through coordination of project activities, tracking and maintenance of project documentations, completion of analysis, and management of work-streams Assists with coordinating and tracking deliverables, meetings and other information necessary for program support Documents and tracks project objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables and budgets Assists in conducting analysis and prepares presentations for use in communication of facts, practices and policies Interacts with Project Managers and client team members Provides support in activities that assist in completion of project tasks Create and update program and project team documents and subsequent versions for multiple programs Integrate known processes into Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Create and maintain program reporting inclusive of outstanding items and key milestones Communicate timely and effectively with clients and stakeholders
