Maintenance Engineering Technician Job Description The role involves assembling industrial equipment at the shop, learning the machine intricacies, and disassembling it in late September. You will transport the machine to the client site, reassemble it, and assist in troubleshooting while helping technicians understand the machinery. You will be required to learn and comprehend the machine's functionality and aid in its installation at the facility. Responsibilities Assemble and disassemble industrial equipment at the shop and client site. Transport and reassemble machinery at the client facility. Assist on-site technicians with troubleshooting and learning machine operations. Understand the machine's workings and facilitate its installation in the facility. Essential Skills Proficiency in repair and engineering tasks. Electrical troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to read and understand schematics. Experience in preventive maintenance and installation assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience preferred but not mandatory. Mechanical familiarity with industrial equipment in various manufacturing settings. Knowledge of robotics alignments and troubleshooting. Capability to collaborate with the engineering team for problem-solving and adjustments. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
