Position Specific Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Development Organization at NextEra Energy Resources. The Interconnection Strategy Team at NextEra Energy is dedicated to identifying and optimizing best-in-class interconnection and transmission projects that enable the accelerating renewables build out. The successful candidate will work closely with our Interconnection Services technical team, who manages interconnection feasibility studies and network upgrade cost estimate activities through the full life cycle of development and construction of projects leading to the successful execution of new asset growth. This role will focus on improving data analytics and reporting of key interconnection milestones leading to successful project execution, in coordination with our partners in Development and Engineering & Construction. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing processes for our Interconnection Services team to efficiently manage a substantial portfolio of interconnection queues. We have the best team in the business and are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented, and intelligent leaders to join our team.

This role will be onsite based out of our Juno Beach, FL HQ.
