- Lead a team of six electrical engineers in the tactical systems department as they develop new products.
- Assist the electrical engineering team with circuit design and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Oversee products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in circuit design, preferably mixed signal, but open to analog and digital.
- Experience with full product lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with ITAR compliance ( U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
- Proficiency in Altium Designer.
- Experience with avionics, vetronics, and embedded electronics.
- Ability to write embedded C code.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with avionics or vetronics (vehicle electronics).
- Experience in developing embedded electronics firmware.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience in designing and troubleshooting microcontrollers and FPGA-based systems.
- Programming experience with microcontrollers in C, and firmware with VHDL or Verilog.
- Experience with environmental and EMI/EMC qualification testing per MIL standards.
- Experience with SBIR programs and military vehicle integration.
- Experience in field support and developing/managing CONOPS.
