Our client is looking to add a Structural Project Manager for their Bridge Group. This is a direct hire opportunity located in Saint Louis MO. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of bridge design experience and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
The role is centered on managing all aspects of structural engineering projects, from initial scope and budget creation to directing design and acting as a primary point of contact for clients. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in MicroStation and Open Roads Designer (ORD) and possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a team and ensure project success.

responsibilities:
- Managing structural engineering projects by creating scope and budgets, directing the design, and coordinating work with other staff and design team members.
- Signing/sealing work as required.
- Analyzing and designing transportation-related structures including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and sign structure foundations.
- Serving as a key point of contact with clients, contractors, and local officials.
- Displaying an eagerness to work on a wide variety of project types.
- Assisting in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
- Working collaboratively with the Service Leader, Project Engineers, and other team members to develop effective solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
