PDS Tech Commercial is seeking two highly experienced Senior Advanced Project Engineer to support a leading aerospace client's Engines & Power Systems (E&PS) division. This team is driving innovation in turbofan, turboprop, and turboshaft engines, as well as electric propulsion and power-generation systems. Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer, you'll oversee the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge aerospace systems. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure technical excellence across all phases of development.

What You'll Do

Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet delivery and budget goals.

Supervise engineering teams in the design and analysis of propulsion systems.

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure thorough documentation of specifications, design changes, andpliance reports.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).

5+ years of experience in engine design, turbofan or fan module design, engine module leadership, and aircraftpropulsion certification and testing.

Strong program management skills with experience in EVMS, cost account management, JiraAgile tools, and systems engineering.

Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Experience working with aircraft OEMs and key stakeholders.

Willingness to relocate or currently local to Phoenix, AZ.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications.

Experience in electric propulsion or hybrid aerospace systems.

Strong analytical, documentation, andmunication skills.

Pay Rate: \$64hr (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $64.00 per hour
