Job Description

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Design and Develop Testing Solutions

Prepare test and diagnostic programs for new products.

Design test fixtures and equipment to support product validation.

Develop detailed specifications and procedures for testing new products.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions.

Align testing and development efforts with broader company objectives.

Project Management

Lead project management activities for key initiatives.

Ensure cross-functional team alignment to meet project goals and timelines.

Automation and Efficiency

Develop efficient automated testing procedures using software scripting.

Continuously improve testing workflows to enhance productivity and accuracy.
