We're looking for an AI Engagement & Program Manager who can turn possibilities into impact-driving adoption, sparking innovation, and making AI real for every corner of our business. This role blends strategic program leadership with organizational enablement. You'll guide AI initiatives from concept to deployment, while also building a culture of AI literacy, excitement, and trust across the enterprise.

Rate: $80 - $85 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
AI Project Management
Manage the entire lifecycle of all AI projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies for all AI and data-related initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project scopes and deliverables.
AI Training and Education
Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive training schedule and curriculum to educate the entire organization on building and utilizing AI agents.
Identify key learning objectives and tailor training content to various departments and skill levels.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously refine the curriculum based on organizational needs and advancements in AI.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Provide weekly updates to the IT leadership team on the progress, challenges, and successes of all AI and data projects.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to the business leadership team, highlighting key updates, strategic advancements, and the impact of AI within the organization.
Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or opportunities related to AI initiatives.
AI Use Case Dissemination
Create and manage AI newsletter, evolving it into a short video podcast series featuring business users sharing successful AI use cases currently in production.
Showcase tangible business value and inspire further adoption of AI across departments.
AI Awareness & Engagement
Organize and coordinate periodic roadshows for executives and users to showcase AI highlights and upcoming projects, aimed at building awareness and excitement.
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience leading complex, high-stakes programs in AI/ML, data science, or other emerging technologies.
Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and deployment strategies-enough to collaborate confidently with technical teams.
Skilled in developing and delivering compelling presentations that translate complex AI concepts into clear business value.
Experience designing and delivering training, enablement, or change adoption programs.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
