What you’ll do as a Project Coordinator

  • You will work directly for Construction Supervisor.
  • You will coordinate projects to ensure that all operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications.
  • You will schedule walkout with property owners to evaluate job specifications.
  • You will coordinate construction efforts with Construction Supervisor for project completion by predetermined deadlines including site access.
  • You will prepare a statement of work.
  • You will prepare a line item cost estimate.
  • You will complete and maintain accurate "As­Built Maps" for areas built to submit to Supervisor
  • Other duties as assinged.

What you’ll need

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
  • You have excellent written and verbal communicatio skills
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills
  • You have strong time management skills
  • You have 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support required, preferably within the telecommunications or construction industry
  • You must be able to pass a drug test and background check
