• Proficiency in creating 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using Siemens NX
• Experience in tolerance stacking analysis and parametric assembly modeling
• Strong understanding of design standards, GDT, and best manufacturing practices
• Familiarity with PLM systems such as Teamcenter for model integrity and revision control

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including mechanical, thermal, electrical, and manufacturing disciplines
• Ability to perform geometry evaluations and quality checks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Create high-quality 3D models and assemblies of battery modules, packs, and enclosures
• Perform tolerance stacking to build a design distribution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated battery systems
• Ensure models adhere to design standards and best practices for manufacturability and assembly
• Maintain model integrity and revision control using PLM systems
