Electrical Engineer PCBA Internship (Summer 2026)

Position Summary: -

  • The Electronics PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) Intern will support the design, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies. This role offers hands-on experience with PCB layout, component placement, soldering, and functional testing in a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities: -

  • Assist in the assembly and rework of PCBAs using soldering tools and inspection equipment.
  • Support engineers in testing and validating electronic circuits and systems.
  • Document test results, issues, and rework procedures.
  • Help maintain lab equipment and ensure ESD-safe practices.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on manufacturability and testability.

Qualifications: -

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit design.
  • Familiarity with soldering techniques and PCB handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
