- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in building modeling and 3-5 years in HVAC system design.
- Proficiency in energy modeling software and creating models that comply with LEED certification and code compliance.
- Proven expertise in conducting lifecycle cost analysis and creating energy conservation reports.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building codes, and control strategies.
- Capable of evaluating and optimizing building systems for energy efficiency through advanced engineering calculations.
- Experience in preparing utility incentive applications and managing the application process.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in delivering training and presentations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, TRACE 700, HAP, Equest, and Open Studio.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, cultivating strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
