Mechanical HVAC Engineer (Mid-Level)
Location: Greenwich, CT

A well-established engineering consulting firm in the Greenwich, CT area is seeking a mid-level Mechanical HVAC Engineer to support the design and delivery of commercial, institutional, and high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls
• Prepare construction documents, load calculations, equipment selections, and specifications
• Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, and electrical teams
• Support project managers through design development and construction administration
• Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3-15+ years of HVAC design experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP
• Working knowledge of ASHRAE codes and local building standards
• EIT or PE preferred (or on track toward licensure)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
