We are currently seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pre- and post-sales support, operating R&S systems in fielded environments, creating After-Action Reviews (AARs), evaluating new products, and collaborating with internal and external team members across global locations to achieve business objectives. This can sit in either our Columbia, MD or Coppell, TX offices.
Your tasks
- Deliver exceptional pre- and post-sales support, including conducting customer demonstrations, writing technical proposals, and creating quotes.
- Take, derive, and translate customer needs/CONOPs into requirements. Create complete system architecture with high-level to detailed designs. - Ensure requirement compliance satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Review and approve technical drawings and specifications with peer teams.
- Work closely with the Project Management, Integration, and Production teams throughout the project lifecycle, from design to execution and delivery.
- Provide technical support from project initiation to closeout, bringing a requirement validation and customer satisfaction first mindset and serve as the technical interface between internal and external clients.
- Orchestrate and conduct internal and customer system design and requirement events within project schedule and budget
- Methodically evaluate and test new products, providing support to existing customers with upgrades.
- Collaborate with team members internally and externally, fostering strong working relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Operate R&S systems in fielded environments, ensuring customers' mission objectives are met.

Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in STEM field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SIGINT/RF/ISR systems in a customer-facing role.
- Strong background in SIGINT systems integration.
- Operational experience with government customers.
- Demonstrated ability to relate SIGINT technologies to customer needs and effectively communicate this relationship.
- Proven record of operating SIGINT and/or RF technologies and demonstrating to customers.
- Excellent technical writing abilities to support the creation of engineering technical description documents.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface effectively with customers.
- Extensive proficiency in using Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
- Must be a United States Citizen capable of receiving a US Government security clearance.

The total compensation for this position is $90K-$120K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
